Worked with the J&E Manager and the J&E Product Owner to investigate and analyze issues, document business requirements, and created and executed test plans. Active team member for the entire Software Development Life Cycle, involved from the request phase to the implementation phase of each project. Much of the success of a project is dependent on this role.

In addition to new software development projects, this role also plays an active role in daily Help Desk support, including triaging cases and working with end-users to resolve functional issues. The role does initial research and if needed, works with the development staff to resolve non-functional issues. All this is done in a team atmosphere, while following established processes for thorough documentation and communication.
